If you have started planning your magical day, the venue has been booked, suppliers are hired and theme has been chosen, but you feel you need someone other than your team of people, so they can enjoy the day too. To oversee your plans, make sure nothing vital has been missed, have someone there on the day to be in charge of all your suppliers and make sure it runs to your schedule. 

The month of planning package is the one for you!

With this package you get to relax in the knowledge that everything from the lead up to the day, to the day itself is taken care of by a professional, leaving you both to get excited and enjoy the day.

Price starts at £1000 for two meetings and ten hours on the day.

Get All The Plans In Place

Once you have made contact via my form we book a call, get to know each other and make sure I am the right planner for you and your partner. Once deposit is paid and contract signed, we then schedule two meetings, one a month before and the other a week before, the big day.

The first meeting is to go through absolutely everything you have planned for your special day, all the suppliers you have hired and their contact information, making sure nothing has been overseen, meaning you can now completely relax and enjoy the lead up to your wedding day.

The second meeting will be to organise your schedule and timeline for the day saving you time and knowing an often-overlooked part of the planning process has been sorted for you.

My duties include but not limited to:
  • set up
  • take down
  • overseeing suppliers
  • point of contact
  • timeline
  • schedule management
  • discreet handling of any problems that may arise on the day
  • emergency kit

 

Together we will create the perfect on the day package for you.

Ensuring Everything runs smoothly

I will be the main contact for your suppliers a week leading up to the wedding and especially the morning of, so you have nothing to worry about and leaving you to get ready for the epic day ahead.
I will be there on the day and will take care of everything, making sure there are no problems and to make sure all flows smoothly, giving you and your partner a relaxed and worry-free day.

What’s the process of hiring you?

Once we have had our phone call and you are happy to go ahead, have signed the contract and the deposit is paid. We will schedule our meetings to run through your epic day.

How much does on the month planning cost?

With a completely bespoke package tailor made just for you and your partner, this includes two meetings to run through absolutely everything you have planned for your wedding day so far. I will be the point of contact for all of your suppliers the month leading up to your wedding day. I will create a supplier schedule and timeline for your day and I will be there for ten hours. Price starts from £1000
