Once you have made contact via my form we book a call, get to know each other and make sure I am the right planner for you and your partner. Once deposit is paid and contract signed, we then schedule two meetings, one a month before and the other a week before, the big day.
The first meeting is to go through absolutely everything you have planned for your special day, all the suppliers you have hired and their contact information, making sure nothing has been overseen, meaning you can now completely relax and enjoy the lead up to your wedding day.
The second meeting will be to organise your schedule and timeline for the day saving you time and knowing an often-overlooked part of the planning process has been sorted for you.
My duties include but not limited to:
- set up
- take down
- overseeing suppliers
- point of contact
- timeline
- schedule management
- discreet handling of any problems that may arise on the day
- emergency kit
